All purchases made through shopastroeight.com are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Once a product has shipped, it cannot be returned, whether opened or unopened. This is standard practice for consumable hemp products, both for customer safety and regulatory compliance. We cannot guarantee the integrity of a consumable product once it has left our facility and re-accept it into inventory.

Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they ship. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
